Yes! When creating a post, you can select specific towers, floors, or units. You can also post to the entire community at once.
How do service requests work?
Tenants can log maintenance issues through the app. Owners receive notifications and can assign vendors. Everyone can track the status in real-time.
Can tenants create posts?
Tenants can create service requests and comment on posts. Announcements and events are created by owners and community managers.
How do I track engagement on my posts?
Each post shows view counts, acknowledgment rates, comments, and RSVPs. You can access detailed analytics in the Community dashboard.
